Solar & MicrogridSolutions Engineer

Cesco Limited is seeking a technically capable and commercially minded Solar & Microgrid Solutions Engineer to support the continued growth of our Solar and Microgrid 360 business. The successful candidate will support projects from initial customer enquiry through site assessment, system design, costing and quotation, installation supervision, commissioning and project handover. The role spans residential and commercial applications, with particular emphasis on commercial solar, battery energy storage and hybrid microgrid solutions integrating Solar PV, BESS, Utility Grid, Generators, Inverters/PCS, Monitoring and Energy Management Systems.

Must Have

  • Degree or Higher 
  • Knowledge with AutoCAD, HelioScope
  • Experience with Deye, Schneider, Megarevo
  • Knowledge of Energy Management Systems & Microgrid Controllers 
  • Knowledge of Generator Synchronization/ Controls

This position serves as the technical bridge between Cesco's Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Service functions. The Solar & Microgrid Solutions Engineer is expected to help convert qualified enquiries into well-engineered, accurately costed and successfully delivered energy projects while protecting Cesco's technical standards and the Microgrid 360 customer experience.
